I've decided it's time. It's time to push myself to a whole new level and enter the Durban 70.3 Ironman in 2020.

On Sunday I spent the day watching thousands of men & woman push themselves to the extreme in crazy heat to finish 70.3 miles of Swimming, Cycling & Running.

So, I've decided to (try) document it as best as I can. At the moment this may all just be pie in the sky, but at least it's something to work towards.
I want to share my experience and document my training as I head to this goal.

If all goes well, I should be joined by Bosfark team mates, so I will have a few people along side me for the journey
